Dr. Dhaval Shah - Dentist
Dr. Dhaval Shah’s passion for dentistry comes through the moment you meet him. With over ten years of experience, he treats his patients as the whole person and enjoys creating lifelong relationships. He feels fortunate to practice in an environment that allows him to improve his patients’ health and confidence.
Dr. Shah earned his DMD degree from the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He graduated among the top of his class and was honored with the Advanced Standing Dentist Award. Previously, he received his BDS degree from the prestigious institution “Govt. Dental College and Hospital”, in Ahmedabad, India, where he was awarded with a 5-years scholarship.
Dr. Shah’s advanced training has given him additional skills and expertise to restore your smile, including surgical tooth extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, snap-in dentures, and cosmetic dentistry. In addition to offering high-quality care, Dr. Shah’s gentle nature helps put patients at ease during their appointment.
Away from the office, you can find Dr. Shah reading at the beach,playing tennis or exploring new places with family and friends.
Dr. Marlys Cabrera - Orthodontist
Dr. Marlys Cabrera is our Orthodontist Specialist. She feels honored to serve her patients and loves improving people's smiles while creating long-lasting relationships.
Dr. Cabrera is originally from Cuba, where she practiced as a Dentist specialist in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. After relocating to the United States, she completed an Advanced Standing Dental Program at the prestigious Ivy League University of Pennsylvania, graduating with Honors and earning an International Dentist Award. Dr. Cabrera received her orthodontic training and Master's degree from Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics. Due to her outstanding performance, Dr. Cabrera was inducted into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines.
Her passion for new, cutting-edge technology is evident in the modern equipment and advanced tools utilized at 904 Dental Care. She dedicates many hours each year to continuing education, ensuring that the practice offers the most up-to-date and effective treatments to better serve the community.
While doing her Master's, Dr. Cabrera fell so in love with Jacksonville and the people's good vibes that she decided to call it her forever home. In her free time, you can find her exploring the city, playing tennis, or enjoying nature with her family.
Dr. Kaitlyn Chomko – Dentist
Dr. Kaitlyn Chomko is committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized, high quality dental care. She believes dentistry is about more than treating teeth, it is about improving overall health, restoring confidence, and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their care.
Dr. Chomko earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. Since graduating, she has provided comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, with experience in cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, dental emergencies, and replacing missing teeth. She is committed to incorporating the latest technology and techniques to enhance patient comfort and treatment outcomes.
Known for her thorough approach and attention to detail, Dr. Chomko takes the time to understand her patients' concerns and explain treatment options in a way that is easy to understand. She especially enjoys helping patients who feel nervous about dental treatment and works hard to create a calm, positive experience during every visit.
After making Jacksonville her home, Dr. Chomko quickly fell in love with the area's vibrant community, beautiful beaches, and outdoor lifestyle. Outside the office, she enjoys playing pickleball, spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and taking her dachshund, Ollie, on fun adventures.
Beth - Dental Hygienist
Beth has an extensive relationship with dentistry as she has been a dental hygienist for 25 years. Beth’s soft touch serves as a liaison in connecting our patient’s dental needs with their dental goals. Beth decided to join the dental field to build a more personable relationship with patients while still serving the healthcare community. Along with treating patients Beth enjoys spending time with her family while playing board games.
Kieroni "Miss K" - Financial Coordinator
Kieroni, better known as Miss K, was born and raised in New Jersey and recently relocated with her family to Jacksonville for the warm weather and a change of scenery. With 24 years of experience, Miss K thrives as a Financial Coordinator, where she enjoys interacting with patients and ensuring their dental visits are smooth and stress-free. Her goal is to review finances thoroughly and efficiently, providing a seamless experience for every patient. Outside of work, Miss K is a pescatarian and has been a Step Aerobics (Xtreme Hip Hop) instructor for over five years. Spending quality time with her family brings her joy, and she considers the gym her personal "me time."
Maria - Patient Coordinator
Maria, hailing from Colombia, boasts over 7 years of customer service experience. She is passionate about helping others and always brings a smile to those she interacts with. In her free time, Maria enjoys playing basketball and engaging in sports. She finds working at 904 Dental Care to be a fulfilling experience, particularly due to the familial atmosphere.
Nicky - Dental Assistant
Nicky is a Florida native. Nicky chose to become a dental assistant 5 years ago to expand her ability to make others smile. Nicky has a contagious laugh that she loves to share with the patients at 904 Dental Care. She enjoys helping others eliminate any dental anxiety and embracing their new smile. When she is isn’t spreading love and laughter you can find Nicky spending time with her family or enjoying her most prized hobby of fishing.
Anyu - Orthodontic Assistant
Anyu is originally from Venezuela and graduated as a dentist in 2015. Before relocating to Jacksonville, she trained as an orthodontic assistant, further deepening her passion for dentistry. Anyu enjoys helping patients improve their oral health and overall well-being. Currently, she is preparing for the dental boards to continue advancing her career. Since moving to Jacksonville, she has fallen in love with the beautiful beaches. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with family and exploring new places.
Gilberto - Patient Coordinator
Originally from Cuba and accountant by profession, Gilberto has been working for more than thirty years in the customer service field. He is focused on achieving maximum patient satisfaction, so they feel in a comfortable environment while receiving excellent care. He enjoys helping people and is of great value to our Spanish-speaking patients. Gilberto loves to be the handyman in the family, and you can find him at his workshop in his free time.
