Dr. Dhaval Shah - Dentist
Dr. Dhaval Shah’s passion for dentistry comes through the moment you meet him. With over ten years of experience, he treats his patients as the whole person and enjoys creating lifelong relationships. He feels fortunate to practice in an environment that allows him to improve his patients’ health and confidence.
Dr. Shah earned his DMD degree from the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He graduated among the top of his class and was honored with the Advanced Standing Dentist Award. Previously, he received his BDS degree from the prestigious institution “Govt. Dental College and Hospital”, in Ahmedabad, India, where he was awarded with a 5-years scholarship.
Dr. Shah’s advanced training has given him additional skills and expertise to restore your smile, including surgical extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, snap-o dentures, and cosmetic dentistry. In addition to offering high-quality care, Dr. Shah’s gentle nature helps put patients at ease during their appointment.

Dr. Marlys Cabrera - Orthodontist
Dr. Marlys Cabrera is originally from Cuba, where she graduated and practiced as a Dentist since 2004. After relocating to the United States, she volunteered at Tomagwa Healthcare Ministries. She completed an Advanced Standing Dental Program at the prestigious Ivy League University of Pennsylvania, graduating with Honors and earning an International Dentist Award. And it was then that she met her now-husband, Dr. Dhaval Shah, her dental school classmate at that time. She moved to Florida to join the Orthodontics Program at Jacksonville University. Once in Jacksonville, Dr. Cabrera fell so much in love with the city and the people's good vibes that she decided to call it her forever home.
Dr. Cabrera feels honored to serve her patients. She loves improving people's smiles and creating long-lasting relationships in a warm and welcoming environment. Being very passionate about new, cutting-edge technology, she invests many hours of continuing education every year. In her free time, you can find her enjoying nature with her family.
Dr. Victor Erminy - Dentist
Meet Dr. Victor Erminy, a distinguished dentist whose journey in dentistry began in the vibrant city of Caracas, Venezuela. His academic excellence upon graduation at the University Santa Maria School of Dentistry opened the doors to the prestigious General Dentistry Residency Program at MetroHealth Medical Center-Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. There, Dr. Erminy immersed himself in advanced training across various dental disciplines, including implant dentistry, oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
Recognized for his exceptional skills and dedication, Dr. Erminy was invited to join the faculty at MetroHealth Medical Center-Case Western Reserve University, where he continued to shape the future of dentistry as a full-time attending faculty member. Furthering his expertise, he also completed an Implant Fellowship Program at New York University. Jacksonville's warm community and pleasant weather captured Dr. Erminy's heart, leading him to make the city his permanent home. In Jacksonville, he has committed himself to transforming the lives of his patients, helping them achieve confidence through beautiful smiles. Dr. Erminy is known for his meticulous approach to dental care, ensuring each patient experiences comfort and excellence in treatment.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Erminy's passion for life shines through his love for soccer, running, and exploring new places with his wife and two daughters. His personal hobbies and professional dedication make him not just an extraordinary dentist but also a valued member of the Jacksonville community.
Beth - Dental Hygienist
Beth has an extensive relationship with dentistry as she has been a dental hygienist for 25 years. Beth’s soft touch serves as a liaison in connecting our patient’s dental needs with their dental goals. Beth decided to join the dental field to build a more personable relationship with patients while still serving the healthcare community. Along with treating patients Beth enjoys spending time with her family while playing board games.
Maria - Patient Coordinator
Maria, hailing from Colombia, boasts over 5 years of customer service experience. She is passionate about helping others and always brings a smile to those she interacts with. In her free time, Maria enjoys playing basketball and engaging in sports. She finds working at 904 Dental Care to be a fulfilling experience, particularly due to the familial atmosphere.
Nicky - Dental Assistant
Nicky is a Florida native. Nicky chose to become a dental assistant 2 years ago to expand her ability to make others smile. Nicky has a contagious laugh that she loves to share with the patients at 904 Dental Care. She enjoys helping others eliminate any dental anxiety and embracing their new smile. When she is isn’t spreading love and laughter you can find Nicky spending time with her family or enjoying her most prized hobby of fishing.
John - Dental Assistant
John, a Jacksonville native, graduated from Paxon School for Advanced Studies and joined the U.S. Army when he was 19 as an aviation mechanic. He retired honourably after 8 years of service. He is now pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene and will start school this fall. John has a fierce hunger for knowledge and strives to learn more about Dentistry every day. His favourite part about working as a dental Assistant at 904 Dental Care is being able to help patients find relief from pain. He takes pride in his work and is glad to be a part of such an incredible team.
Gilberto - Patient Coordinator
Originally from Cuba and accountant by profession, Gilberto has been working for more than thirty years in the customer service field. He is focused on achieving maximum patient satisfaction, so they feel in a comfortable environment while receiving excellent care. He enjoys helping people and is of great value to our Spanish-speaking patients. Gilberto loves to be the handyman in the family, and you can find him at his workshop in his free time.
Ciara - Insurance and Treatment Coordinator
A Jacksonville native, Ciara has been in the dental field for over seven years, a profession she fervently loves. Her energetic and radiant presence brings a cheerful ambiance to the office. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, which enhances her position skills. Being part of 904 Dental Care is a source of joy for Ciara. It doesn't feel like a mere job but a collaboration of like-minded individuals passionate about enhancing patients' confidence. Outside of her professional life, Ciara shares her free time with her family and visits new eateries in the city.
